If you have an Android phone G2 from LG , maybe you will like the new feature " knock-on". To turn on your mobile screen, knock the screen twice in a very short time, then the screen will be turn on immediately. If you don't like this setting , you can also choose to press the power button to turn on the screen. Knock-on is not only for " turn on " the screen , you can also knock the screen twice to "turn off" your mobile screen.
But sometimes you will find out knock-on doesn't work.You just can see the LED flash , and nothing happened on the screen , it still tun off. This is "knock-on" bug , and we can't fix it ourselves. We find two methods to force the screen turn on. This is only temporary methods, we hope LG can fix this bug as soon as possible.
Here's the methods :
1. Press the power button
Press the power button untill mobile screen pop-up power management options, then choose reboot your mobile, and done !
2. Calling your mobile
If method 1 doesn't work , you have another choose. Just need to find a phone and call your mobile, that's it ! It sounds a little bit stupid, it's really work !
We can use these methods to avoid the screen turn on problem, it's really a bug about G2 knock-on. What we can do now is to pray and wait that LG will fix immediately. Maybe this bug will be fixed in next coming upgrade.
